The equipment is composed of vacuum system (combination of front stage pump and molecular pump), detection system (valve, built-in leak, helium mass spectrometer chamber) and circuit system (main board, power board, molecular pump drive board, communication board, etc.). It uses helium as the sample gas. Helium has the characteristics of small molecular weight, relatively active, small content in the air (5ppm), non-toxic and harmless.
